Vehicle Information Updates
The Province of Ontario requires hotels to collect vehicle information for any guest vehicle parked on hotel property in order to comply with the Accommodation Sector Registration of Guests Act, 2021 and Ontario Regulation 292/25. The required information includes:
- Vehicle make
- Vehicle model
- License plate number
- Jurisdiction that issued the License plate
To help clients collect this information, a new Jurisdiction (ie: Juris) field has been added to the Vehicle Information section of RoomKeyPMS. Clients can also now mark vehicle information fields as Required.

Enhancements/Updates:
Report Wizard CSV export not respecting column order => When saving a Report Wizard report as a CSV file, the report would open with the columns in a different order than the printed report. An adjustment has been made so that columns in the CSV export now appear in the same order as the printed report.
Daily Operating Report Tran Code grouping issues => Following the update deployed in Version 11.0.0.63, some clients noticed that Tran Code groupings on the Daily Operating Report were not grouping together correctly or were not appearing in the correct order. An additional update has been made to the Daily Operating Report to correct these issues.
Manager Override credentials being saved when perform override using Microsoft SSO Login => It was reported that when a manager performed a Manager Override in RoomKeyPMS using their Microsoft SSO login credentials, those credentials were being saved and could be reused by the clerk for future overrides. An update has been made to ensure that SSO login information is saved only during the initial clerk login and not during Manager Overrides.
Address Field appearing under Extra Cards => Some clients noticed an “Address” field appearing under Extra Cards when entering a new credit card number. This field first appeared in RoomKeyPMS Version 11.0.0.62 and was associated with enabling AVS checks for credit card transactions. This field was not required for that update and has now been removed.
Web Sundry Sales payment screen cut off for smaller screens => Clients using smaller screens noticed that the Post Payment button in the new Web Sundry Sales module was partially cut off. An update was deployed to ensure that Web Sundry Sales displays correctly on screens with a minimum resolution of 1024 × 768, the minimum screen resolution supported by RoomKeyPMS.
Unable to move Corporate Guest Room Charge from Folio 1 to Folio 8 => A client reported being unable to move a room charge from Folio 1 to Folio 8 for a Corporate Reservation. This action should have been possible even though the Corporate Account was set to bill to Folio 1. The issue was related to the update for TFS #33395 – Ability to move the destination folio of a payment on an upcoming reservation, which was included in the previous release. A fix was deployed, and clients can once again move room charges to Folio 8 on Corporate Reservations when the Corporate Account is set to bill to Folio 1.
Toggle Print Preview button removed on new Web Reports => The Toggle Print Preview button in the new Web Reports was not functioning. This button was intended to switch the report display between an interactive view—a single, continuous HTML-style layout—and a paginated print-preview layout. Because this functionality is not supported by RoomKeyPMS, the button has been removed.
